How to Fill DU SOL PG Admission Form 2025?

Here are the following steps to register yourself for PG Courses:

• Firstly, you need to come on the registration page of DU SOL. You can get there by clicking here: Registration for PG Admission.

• After that you have to fill your details here like your name as per class 10th marksheet, email id, mobile number, password, then captcha and then click the register option.
• Then an OTP will be sent to you on your mobile number and your email ID to verify both. You have to put the otp to verify the same and then fill the captcha. OTP can come after some time on mobile, you have to be patient.
• After the account verification, you have to login, click on the three bars in the right corner, then click on the login for PG Admission, then use either your email id or mobile number for login and put the password you just have made. (In case you don’t remember the password, you can click on the forget password option shown below to make a new password.)
• Then a portal will open, there will be written your eligibility for courses like MA, M.com, M.B.A. etc. After reviewing that, click on submit option, and you will see that you have successfully logged in.
• After that you will be see 6 options:
  • Personal
  • Program
  • Academic
  • Upload
  • Preview
  • Fee Submission

1) Personal Information

In this option, you have to put your basic details like your name, date of birth, your gender, marital status, number of children if you are married, your category, father’s name, mother’s name, are you an orphan option, are you a single parent’s child option, are you a single child option, your nationality, your mobile number, etc.

If you are an orphan, and you are living in an orphanage, you need to submit any proof to benefits like fees concession. In case, you don’t have any idea to some options like are you an employee of DDCE/SOL/COL or do you want to apply through SOL ward quota, etc, then you can put no there.

After that you have to fill your correspoondance and permanent address. You can fill the same in both the addresses, put no in NRI option, then fill your bank details, you can use your bank details of your parents also.

Then you need to fill your income and financial support schemes, like annual family income, applicant employment status, etc. You can upload your income certificate to get some concessions. Then you have to fill some miscellaneous details like proficiency in computer and internet knowledge.

2) Program

After that you will come in next step of choosing your program. You can choose any program of your choice, if you are eligible. First, you have to choose your programme group and then program name. Then click on next .

3) Academic

Then the third step would be academic. In this option, you have to fill information like are you a student of Delhi University, in which you have to put yes and give registration number which you can find in marksheet and DU SOL dash board.

Fill progam as B.com or whichever you had, fill language proficiency, fill class 10 and 12 details, put no in national level admission test. Remember if you put yes here, you will get admission based on CUET/PG but if you put no, admission would be based on merit.

After that you will be able to show graduation details, even if you are passed or you are currently doing that, it doesn’t matter much, they will ask for 5th semester marksheet if you are still pursuing it. When the correction window opens, you can make the correction then.

Then you have to fill qualification details. In the experience category, you can put no. After which you need to upload your documents.

4) Upload

Then you need to upload your documents, list of which are as follows:

1. Recent passport size photo
2. Signature photo
3. 10th marksheet
4. 12th marksheet
5. Graduation marksheet or 5th semester marksheet

So, these are the most common documents you need to submit. Apart from that, you can upload additional documents like income certificate and caste certificate to benefits.

5) Preview

After you upload all your documents, you will see an option of preview. This is an important step, as you need to review whatever you have uploaded.

Pay special attention to your photo and signature photo. Take the signature photo in a full white page without any lines.

6) Fees

After completing all the above steps, you will need to submit registration fees now. Fees may vary depending upon the program you are choosing.
