Delhi University is saying when your result will come and whatever discrepancy will be there in the result like AB problem, app problem, etc. then students need to contact to the head/principal of the respective college/department as per the disclaimer already provided in the result.

Also the students need to visit the examination branch at their respective campus. Examination branch is at window number 7 of North and South Campus. There you need to submit an application duly forwarded by the college/department along with documents within one month of declaration of result.

Here duly forwarded means you need to have signature of your college or stamp of your college on that application to be considered valid. Documents would include marksheet, ID card, Hall Ticket and this application.

Keep in mind the time you can submit the application. You can only submit the application within one month of the declaration of result. Also, the timing for the windows are 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on all working days (Monday to Friday) except lunch time which is 1.00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
