This article is very demanded and those students whose 6th semester exams have finished would find this article very useful irrespective of you are from DU Sol, regular or NCWEB. It would also be beneficial for students who have taken admission in NEP 2022 or CBCS back exam students.
Seeing the previous past record, it has been observed that first result would be out for 6th semester as DU knows how important 6th semester result is. Students have to use this result in many places like to apply for a job, to fill government job forms, etc.
Last year, in last week of August, 6th semester result was out. This year, the chances of result getting delayed is very less as DU SOL has decided they won’t extend dates too much for internal assessment.
So, there are very least chances of result getting announced in July, but the result may be announced of some regular courses in the last week of July. But talking about SOL result, it would be most probably seen in august.
There is an option in delhi university known as confidential result. If a student wants the result before it’s announced, they can apply for confidential result. So, basically you will get the result before the result announced if it’s demanded somewhere from you.
But it’s not that easy, basically students need confidential result when they pursue any degree from abroad. So, before providing you with confidential result, DU needs NOC from that University demanding your result.
Delhi University clearly understand that 6th semester is the last semester you need to do before you can be called as graduate, if you don’t have any back in any subject.
NEP students who have taken admission in 2022 would be the first batch who will be graduated and they will be experimented as some students will also choose 4th year. I think 80% of students will not choose the 4th year and would be happy to get graduation degree of 3 years.
SSC CGL exam form have been out. In the form it is written that, if your result comes before August, your registeration will be considered valid but if it comes after that it would be considered invalid in document verification.
You have to understand that most students have not completed their internal assessment. So these students will be given one more chance so as to complete their internal assessment.
So, be clear in your mind that before this internal assessment completion, DU will not announce result of 6th semester. Most probably, result of 6th semester is expected in last week of August.
